There are a few things I really appreciate about this apam balik… - It was made to order. - They have a nifty little hand-held fan to help cool the apam balik down a little before packing it up in a bag for you. This helps prevents sogginess. Still, I would suggest eating it immediately while it’s fresh and hot. - The peanut filling was generous with minimal sugar. No crunching on sugar crystals. Also, the peanuts were still quite chunky and not powdery. - That’s a lot of corn. More than most other apam balik sellers would give. - The pancake itself is thin and crunchy. They’re also really nice people who treat every customer like their long lost friend. Why wouldn’t I want to return to that?
