Mr. Carastians choice for breakfast - a three egg omelet, with feta, onions and the last bit of spinach that they could find in the kitchen - whole wheat bread on the side ;-) A wonderfully prepared dish - but Mr. Carastian felt that at 18 USD they should add a flower for decoration - so he did for the shot.
