I can honestly say that @hotstonelondon took my breath away when I last went and now I need to go back, so bad! This octopus carpaccio was just one of the many stars of the show!

Amazing carpaccio, with a lovely mild wasabi sauce on top, served on super finely mandolined radish. The octopus is incredibly tender - not rubbery at all. Wish I'd ordered more!!
