The Wasabi leaf (wasabi spicy = you'd cry, I guess? lols🤣) in the center. Kinda unusual/rare seeing the wasabi leaf(vs the root which is often served at some sushi bar) used in sushi, but not unusual flavor/tasting-wise. The first bite is deadly, just like you put a bit excess wasabi in soy sauce ⚡️💥 🌱✌🏽
