“Ground mushroom paste, mushroom chips, sweet pickled shallot, pickled mushroom, coffee kombucha glaze” Oh. My. God. We had this served on a sundried tomato sourdough (you can have it on rustic white bread instead) and we were absolutely gobsmacked by its earthy umaminess. My eyes literally popped when I had my first bite of it. I fully regret sharing 😒.
