Slow cooked beef, cauliflower rice, roasted broccoli with blue cheese and apricots, ginger slaw, poached egg and a chilli peanut dressing. Came together nicely. The textures were really good too. These places are often hit or miss. It didn’t blow my mind but for a healthy option in a touristy location it was a good solution. Not cheap!
