Slightly odd pizza. Bianco style with a maple garlic cream sauce base, topped with super thin slices of potato, guanciale, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, green onion and an egg. Bit sweet from the sauce and the onion had too much bite for my liking. But loved the guanciale and runny egg. #pizza
