My first experience with ruby couverture chocolate. In the form of a Magnum, it tastes like a fruitier, tangier version of white chocolate and it cracks satisfyingly upon biting into the velvety white chocolate-raspberry ripple ice cream it enrobes. This had every potential to be cloying but it delightfully wasn’t. Would do it again. ✅
