“Butter poached Boston lobster tail, lobster Koji butter and Japanese mustard greens on a fluffy cabbage and pickled onion pancake with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise.” At a whopping $26, it was pricey for the size (10” in diameter) and for the quality of lobster (frozen).
