Amazing. Buttery and flaky with a soft interior and a crispy, caramelized exterior… that alone would have taken me to patisserie heaven. But to push this further, Extraction has made a sourdough kouign amann. SOURDOUGH!!!! So on top of that caramelized, buttery, flaky party you get this added slight tang of sourdough. Amazing. Did I say amazing already? Yeah. Amazing.
