On paper, this is just a bean stew of sorts. Only baked beans, if you will... but what happens inside this little Georgian clay pot is absolute wizardry. Smoked pork and spices permeate deep into the very souls of the unexpecting little beans... they emerge with a flavour profile deeper and more poignant than Johnny Cash. Did I just write that about beans? Well, they certainly were the best beans I’ve had in my life. And I LOVE Johnny Cash! 😁😁😁
