Wonton Chips, Seared Beef, Kimchi, Chipotle Cheddar Cheese, Korean BBQ Sauce, Carrots, Sriracha Aioli, Green Onion. This sounds amazing, but the beef was very dry and stringy and when I tried it by itself it was flavorless. I was expecting to see juicy, meaty, intensely marinated sliced beef, and was disappointed. The generous toppings helped mask it and the wonton chips were good. I would have rated this higher had the beef been nice.
