Soft serve Ice cream made from scratch! Coconut milk, milk, lemon grass and pandan. I’ve had all those ingredients in other food, but never in a soft serve ice cream. They are all gentle flavors, but I can taste every one of them. A perfectly cool ending to a mildly spicy Thai chicken dish!
