Lovely citrusy coriander flavours and the pork itself was really tasty

Lots going on here, an explosion of tastes and textures 💥

Decent egg jianbing in Soho, filled with Iberico pork. The addition of the fried crispy cracker inside enhances the texture. But I still prefer the traditional ones you get in China, the iberico pork is a bit too exotic for my liking since I grew up on basic jianbings (lol)
