Stick a pork in me, I'm BUN 👊 Hujiao Bing, otherwise known as a pepper bun, quickly became a favourite in my time in Taiwan. (Rhyme Pundit strikes again). These steaming hot bundles of joy are stuck to the side of a cylindrical oven and smoked for about 15 minutes.
