Stick a pork in me, I'm BUN ๐ Hujiao Bing, otherwise known as a pepper bun, quickly became a favourite in my time in Taiwan. (Rhyme Pundit strikes again). These steaming hot bundles of joy are stuck to the side of a cylindrical oven and smoked for about 15 minutes. Next step is to bite into the succulent, oozing pork in the middle garnished with spring onions and pepper. I had these on my mind 24/7. Who else has tried these?
