* Seasonal Menu - CNY 2025 * Jasmine oolong parfait mousse, jujube dates, goji berry, pineapple ingot, QQ balls, mandarin orange confit, orange sorbet, brown rice puff. What a stunner this was. So beautifully presented. And the ingots even had gold shimmer on them. Very festive! Tastewise it was just as impressive. Creamy parfait with squishy, chewy ingots and mandarin orange, harder bits of goji berry, crispy rice puffs… and then the tart orange sorbet comes in to balance off all that sweetness… So much fun with textures and flavours in that glass. A very well thought out dessert for sure.
