As a true omnivore (Eatibus anythingus), I love it when a vegetable tastes so amazing you want to scream... and makes you think you could maaaybe manage becoming a straight up vegetarian. That’s how you know it’s truly amazing. This is one of those dishes... the smokiness of the curried lentils is reminiscent of meat, while the perfectly charred cabbage underneath just hits you right in the feels. My mouth... watering now! 😭 (tears of joy!) #vegetarian
