Seasoned ground beef enclosed in handcrafted dumplings, oven-baked and served with house made tomato broth and garlic yogurt creme. Traditionally eaten with both sauces served on top of the monta, but served on the side for take out and delivery. I've been wanting to try this Armenian dish for a while because it looks so interesting. The dumpling dough is crispy... It reminds me of very thin pie dough. This is probably not going to be a repeat meal for us, but we were really glad that we tried it.
