This used to be an amazing sandwich. Kris, the former owner from Denmark, Retired and sold the business. Although the menu still lists red pepper, Gouda, and alfalfa sprouts, none of these ingredients were on the sandwich. They used green pepper (ew), and Swiss cheese and no sprouts. This used to be a crave-able sandwich & is no more.
