This little shack out back is owned by Thomas Keller. They open only three days a week and closes at 2pm. We missed it last year and made sure we came early today. Simply the best buttermilk fried chicken!!! They seasoned it with fresh herbs and rosemary & the meat was sweet & succulent - to live for!
