A slightly thinner than average fry here brings a greater amount of golden crispy surface area to crunch on! These are seasoned with a house blend of BBQ joint seasonings (think smoky and savory), and my only complaint is that I wish they had more of that salty and savory seasoning on them! These were still very good and did not need any sauces, but they went great with the house BBQ sauces too!
