Side dishes were great but the steak was tough

Hey kids, did I tell you the story of how I stole the recipe of creamy spinach at Flat Iron? ⁣ ⁣ So.. It was one of those rainy days of London, and I have been experimenting at home with all my resources (double cream and spinach) desperately to replicate the creamy spinach of @flatironsteak that I tasted twice.⁣ ⁣ I condensed the cream, chopped the spinach, steamed the spinach, fried the spinach, microwaved the spinach, grilled the spinach, chewed and spit it back but none of the ways I tried gave me the result I was looking for. (I exaggerated the last bit don't worry, no chewing involved) ⁣ ⁣ So the next time I went to @flatironsteak⁣ I decided to talk to one of the waitresses and in a serious manner, I asked" Where is the chef? I want to kidnap him!"😒⁣ ⁣ She looked at me and said, "Why?"😅⁣ ⁣ I said " I have been desperately trying to find the recipe of this creamy spinach and miserably failing and I tried everything. (sobbing effect) So I need the recipe! (desperate puppy look)🙄" ⁣ ⁣ She said "Oh.. That's easy... All you need to put is....🤐.... and it gives the taste." ⁣ ⁣ Since that day, I have been keeping that ingredient like a secret with me.
