This restaurant is unique in that they have a fisherman who catches the fish on a daily basis...depending on what he catches, it makes the fish goujons that evening. It doesn’t get fresher than that! The batter was crunchy and light and the fish was incredibly fresh and perfectly cook. Heaven! #fish
