It's filet mignon, so yeah that's going to be really good. However, it's the sides that bumped this up to amazing. The filet is Dijon rubbed and is served with Maui onion jam and watercress sauce. On the side is creamed corn and horseradish mashed Yukon gold potatoes. First of all, I don't know exactly what a watercress sauce is, but it's damn delicious! And that creamed corn is not like any cream corn I've ever had. It was more like corn in a scrumptious sauce. The potatoes were excellent too. I would definitely come back for this dish! #dineLA
