Glad I finally made it to their store after several samplings of the authentic yummies at farmers matkets & events. And yes, their bagels never dissapoint! For those of you used to "stiff kaiser rolls", and inisist that is what bagel is, OR, think Tali's bagel is HARD, then apparently you never had the real thing from NYC(Ess-a-bagel, Kossar's, anybody?). BAGEL is NOT BREAD, therefore, NOT SOFT. Crunchy/crispy, and chewy outside, and gooey/doughy inside, THAT's how authentic bagel should be, and Tali's bagel is all about. After this legendary Kakaako bagel store closed its door years ago due to the owner/baker's retirement, FINALLY authentic bagel store that also makes bialys started business in the same area. This particular sandwich I had today is toasted everything bagel with veggie spread(vegan)...sooo flavorful & filling, progressed /upgraded version of simple bagel with cream cheese. Starting a day with a good authentic Bagel & a cup of joe, can't go wrong with that✌🏽
