Poached eggs and spinach on English muffins, served with Hollandaise sauce. To be honest, I was quite disappointed with this dish as I usually love the breakfast/brunch menu at Flora’s, but there just really wasn’t anything special about it. It tasted pretty average, there wasn’t very much flavour to it, which upset me because it could have been much better with the addition of just a bit of seasoning.
