Really quite poor eggs benedict. The poached eggs were rubbery, and way over cooked... almost hardboiked. The ham was cold, looked like they had never been heated by any method before serving. The pieces were all small scraps of ham that were stacked on the bread, which was actually kind of OK. The hollandaise - I’m not really sure what it was, but it wasn’t hollandaise. Tasted extremely artificial. 😥
