Fresh and delicious! It’s light with a delicate flavour of bergamot. The light layer of earl grey jelly on top is excellent.

Incredible light, perfectly flavoured

Finally tried an earl grey mille crepe and I'm not disappointed at all. This was super light, creamy, easy to cut through, not too sweet and had a lovely taste of Earl Grey. The earl grey jelly was a great touch (and pretty).
