Very tasty (I still hope I ate it the correct way - the waitress was just miming a lot of crazy things...) Rice topped with various vegetables, beef, & optional (the menu said - Mr. Carastian said MANDATORY!) red pepper paste, served in a hot stone bowl. I hope it was even the Dolsot Bibimbab - as I just took the Characters off the receipt (yes - characters, and not letters) and compared them to the web site ;-) 돌솥비빔밥 sounds about right?
