Deschutes Brewery Black Butte Porter Beer reduction mixed with dark & milk chocolate ganache in a dark chocolate shell. First of all, the chocolate is so smooth, rich & delicious. But when you get to that Porter reduction: wow. The sharp beer flavor is an amazing counterpoint to the chocolate & each is highlighted.

Deep chocolate with a creamy beery inside. It even tasted a little fizzy! Amazing melding of flavors. I must try that beer. I must have more truffles.
