This was so good, got extra cheese so it was super super stringy😅🤤

This is my first ever Chicago style pizza. Loads of cheese, tangy tomato sauce and lots of pepperoni.

I saw an abundance of picture perfect cheese pulling photos at @japes_uk before I went and I tell you what, god only knows how those people managed it as you can tell by my very poor effort it is not easy 😂. There is just so much filling and cheese on these pizzas it’s more of a knife and fork job. One of the only Chicago style deep dish pizza joints in London I was very excited to stuff my face with all the cheese goodness. Slight spanner in the works is that @eaten_app had me eating the best cake of my life half an hour before my dinner so I made a poor effort and only managed half of my pizza. I am not yet converted away from my fave Neapolitan style pizzas but I would definitely visit again (I have my eye on the Bolognese pizza pot pie). I will just make sure I am starving next time I go! 🍕
