This dish, at G’ang Kow (‘Port Klang’ in the Fukien dialect) coffeeshop, is a combination of Curry Laksa soup and Wanton Egg noodles. It was topped with half a hard-boiled egg, barbecue pork, fishcake, tofu and cockles. What makes this dish enticing is the taste fusion of the these noodles and this soup; every bit as good as the pairing of tofu with this such soup.
The noodles & soup were adequately firm and dense respectively - the overall taste was decent! The toppings weren’t anything to rave about, but... Hey! In this case, it’s about the noodles & the soup! Curry Laksa with Wanton Egg Noodles... they’re a good match! #curry #noodles
