Looks absolutely fantastic...majorly disappoints. Salmon has no flavour, there are a few gems of flavour purées on the plate, but tasteless pickled veg. Overall, edible, okay, average- but there’s better things on the menu.

With Cucumber, curried scraps and lime pickle. I couldn't taste any curing in the salmon at all. That and the curried scraps ruined the dish for me.
