Really good coleslaw. The cabbage was crunchy the mayo was light and just enough to hold it together. So often coleslaw here is smothered in a thick sweet or slightly acidic Mayo so this was a pleasant surprise. A perfectly balanced accompaniment to my ribs. Maybe it’s a testament to its freshness. Certainly didn’t taste commerical with limp cabbage. 😅
