So, here it is... FINALLY a REAL cheesesteak in London!! I had mine the way purists do - “WIZ WIT”. This means: “WIZ = cheese whiz” (all real cheesesteaks should have cheese whiz, which is a spreadable cheese sauce, and NOT real sliced cheese), and “WIT = with onions”. It was banging. Cheesesteaks are not supposed to have bug chunks of steak, like a steak sandwich... it is supposed to have suuuper thinky sliced ribeye... like this one from Passyunk. The bread is soft, with a bit of chew... perfect. You will not regret it. In the words of the Rocky Balboa, that famous Philadelphian - “Yo Adrian.. I did it!” 😂😂😂
