Named "Cookie of the Year" by Portland Monthly, The Coquine Cookie is their version of a chocolate chip cookie. It's made with smoked almonds, salted caramel, and really good chocolate. The flavors & textures combine to make an interesting gourmet & very good cookie. Perhaps if I hadn’t had the Cloudforest cookie previously, I would’ve rated this amazing. Personal taste. And it is super good. I’m getting another one to go!
