BRIEF: “Don’t let that chocolate, hard shell fool you. This one is a real softy inside.” SOOT’S TAKE: I had a great craving for ice cream after dinner @ Cumi Bali. At 60 cents, this was a great deal. I only wish the shell would’ve been hard enough to hold the soft serve within. It was an incredibly messy, drippy experience.
