This quesadilla is absolutely loaded with authentic and melty Oaxaca cheese and chicken. The chicken is relatively bland, albeit juicy, and has more of a sweet taste to it than a spicy or salty taste. It doesn’t work, but it’s not bad either. Just need more flavor!
