This is generally my favourite but was a little on the dry side. The egg was cooked to perfection however it could definitely have overall been better!

Love the Thai flavours of this dish, the chicken is tender and well marinated with the seasoning and it is sooo good I can’t get enough. The sauces that come with it totally compliments the dish and the salad and rice just makes it a complete meal. (I’ve had this twice since taking this photo so you know I love it dearly haha!)
