The chicken was perfectly cooked and well seasoned with the most delicious and rich beer based creamy sauce. And if that wasn’t enough- beautifully thin and perfectly cooked potato Anna with a crisp cavalo nero slice with incredible croquette. The butternut squash purée brings a whole new dimension to the dish adding a splash of sweet purée and colour. #dinner
