Ok... so this is THE infamous cheesecake, which has been made to look NOT like a cheesecake but like a wheel of the posh cheese that goes INTO the cheesecake... if that makes any sense. 😂😂😂 It’s made by Albert Adria, younger brother of the legendary Ferran Adria - together, of elBulli fame. So what does it taste like? It tastes like when freaking Zeus decides to reward mortal human Greeks for good behaviour, giving them a taste of the food the gods and titans eat on a regular basis, making everyone cry because it is so mind blowingly awesome... then takes it away because mortals never really deserved to eat that kind of food in the first place. THAT is what it tastes like. Because the minute you take it out of its custom made box, and you stick it with a spoon... poof. It’s gone in a heartbeat. 😭🤣 It’s smooth, crunchy, textured, creamy, heady, and not very sweet... and it’s 💯% amazing. Get on a plane for this!
