Ramen is definitely one of our go-to foods on a cold day like today. Ippudo is a big name in the Ramen game with many international restaurants. We tried the London edition today at @ippudolondon ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The limited edition Kurojiru Kara Soba definitely caught our eye - a unique charcoal ramen. We've never seen charcoal ramen before and this was definitely a good experience! The marinated pork belly was delicious and the broth was sweet and ever so mildly spicy - a good balance on the whole. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Good atmosphere with friendly staff as well!
