I wasn't really watching/paying attention when this was made. Just as always,I was exploring around this store,looking & literally shopping some of their goodies straight from 🇮🇹 The aunty at the tegister put this goodies in the bag along w/other grocery items I purchased, off I went home. Opened it up at my kitchen, and the first view was the first photo! Ok, haven't ordered/had caprese ever since I left the mainland. I was so used to the copycat from those 🥖chain stores during my mainland days but by far, this is the best caprese panini EVER! Despite the size, the freshly made fior di latte is soft & milky, slightly sweet, matching pair with beefy juicy local 🍅, fragrant basil on top drizzled with EVOO on the store made fresh ciabatta...so simple, no pesto there like other stores but can't go wrong with this creation. Buh bye Au _on P_n/Pa_era bread, Buon Giorno, Bocconcino✌🏽
