The pancakes and croissants were perfect and the Swedish smoked ham was crazy good. You could literally taste the smoke from the burnt wood, which sounds really bad but went perfectly with the local cheese. 😋 Apparently cooking without electric oven, gas, microwave etc. is out of fashion here and cooking everything on an open fire is where it’s at.🔥🍳🥩
