We chose the pork sausage gravy. The biscuits had a good flavor but they were hard as a rock. The server did not seem shocked by this information so I don't know what that means... We were excited to try the Brick Hash which looks amazing in pictures, but it's not at all a hash. It's mashed potatoes on the inside with a crunchy exterior. Ew. Not what we were expecting
