And this, my friends, is what a $35 mac and cheese looks like!! 😂😂😂 Let’s walk through this... it is quite rich, but not overly so - it’s absolutely packed full of cheeses and cream, and just enough starch whipped in to keep it smooth and emulsify the cheese sauce to prevent the oil from separating out of the cheese. Beautifully toasted, crusty breadcrumbs on top. Excellent texture. Bug enough for five people to share as a side... those pasta tubes are proper rigatoni-sized mega tubes, not tiny macaronis. It was delicious... but was it worth it? Let’s just say that if someone were treating me, I’d happily scarf this down - but oh the cost! For mac and cheese!! 🤪🤪🤪🤯🤯🤯
