DUE CRUDO
very thin sliced beef, baby greens, capers, mustard aioli, parmigiano reggiano and hand chopped tartare, grilled crostini. I cannot adequately express how tender and luscious this entire appetizer was. We adored it. So ironic that just the other day I mentioned on FS that I've never tried tartare and lo & behold it's on the menu! I'm hooked!
