I throughly enjoyed every mouthful of this dish. The beef was delicious and tender, the carrot was just out of this world. Topped with hazelnut, wild mushroom and crumbled black bread. Omg fantastic...It was so good, beef aside I could have become vegetarian

With baked spring carrot and barbecue jus. So delicious! So very delicious... I felt a little sad when my plate was empty
