From the Prefer booth at the Flavours of Tomorrow Festival. They produce a coffee substitute they call “beanless coffee” out of stale bread, soy bean pulp and spent barley grains sourced from local chains. Relatively pleasant-tasting (if not muted) banana nice cream type dessert, but very pricey for such a tiny scoop.
