Not the best picture but this is the most famous banh mi in Hoi An (the late Anthony Bourdain’s favourite banh mi), it wasn’t the most vegetarian place but they did us an egg version which was super tasty but I would have definitely preferred it with tofu 🍳

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Banh 🇻🇳🥁🎺 Absolutely devastated by the news @anthonybourdain has passed. It's a huge coincidence that I was on my way to try one of his favourite banh mi spots in Hoi An: Banh Mi Phuong. Crispy golden baguette filled with deliciously spicy seasoned beef, spring onion, cucumber and a fried egg to top it off. I ordered the exact same sandwich that the big AB ordered.
